We start by defining success, and working backwards. In fact, a full performance audit is built into every one of our engagements, to guarantee we’re able to build the project of your dreams and to properly execute on our methodology.

Ideate & Create

We work to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the 'Activation Checlist', ensuring each project is a success. As with any system however, these metrics will evolve over time. At various key stages throughout the process, both Punch and the client will meet to revisit goals, and re-align them with current program goals.

Manage & Develop

Using one of the major popular project management tools, our project management team will convert all tasks into stories shareable across the entire team. We’ll work together to estimate project pipeline, timing, and deliverables, and utilize our project management suite to track progress as the program continues.

Review & Refine

As the engineering and design move forward, we constantly review and refine the foundational assumptions of the entire PairProgramming project. Everything, from the value of the defined KPIs and Activation Checklist, up to and including UI/Ux design, mobile or Web engineering, messaging, and marketing, as these developments arrive.
